Everything you need to know about NeighbourHub. Can't find your answer? Email us.
NeighbourHub is a free, private community platform for residential communities in Dubai. It brings together verified neighbours, trusted vendors, a buy-and-sell marketplace, a community noticeboard (The Buzz), a directory of local restaurants and shops, and private messaging - all in one place.
NeighbourHub currently serves Damac Hills 2 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We plan to expand to more communities over time.
Yes. NeighbourHub is completely free for residents - creating an account, browsing neighbours and vendors, buying and selling on the marketplace, and messaging are all free.
Create a free account at neighbourhub.ae, choose your community, then verify that you live there with any proof of residence - a utility bill, a community app screenshot, or a photo that shows you live in the community. Once verified, you unlock the full community - messaging, posting, selling and more.
Verification is what makes NeighbourHub trustworthy. Every full member is a confirmed resident of their community, so you always know you are dealing with real neighbours - not strangers or bots.
Service vendors (maids, gardeners, handymen and more) and local shops can register on NeighbourHub. Every registration is reviewed by our team before it appears, and residents can rate and review vendors they have used.
No. Listing is free for vendors and businesses, and NeighbourHub stays free for residents. Reviews and ratings always come from residents and can never be bought.
No. Reviews are the honest experiences of residents, and there is no way to buy, edit, or remove them. We only remove a review if it is fake, incentivised, abusive, or breaks our rules - never because a business disagrees with it. A business can post one public reply to any review.
Yes. The marketplace lets verified residents list items for sale and buy from neighbours they can trust, with private in-app messaging to arrange the details.
No. Property sale and rental listings are not permitted on NeighbourHub - advertising property in Dubai is a regulated activity that requires broker licensing, and NeighbourHub is not a property portal.
No. Carpool is a neighbour-to-neighbour noticeboard for sharing rides and costs privately. NeighbourHub is not a taxi or ride-hailing service, takes no part in any journey, and drivers are responsible for their own licence, insurance, and compliance with RTA rules.
Yes. Your phone number is never shared unless you choose to share it, messaging happens inside the app, and we never show your villa or unit number. Your profile is not shown to visitors outside the community unless you switch on the public preview yourself from your account page. NeighbourHub processes personal data in accordance with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law - see our Privacy Policy for full details.
No. NeighbourHub is an independent platform operated by Carnelian Technologies L.L.C-FZ in Dubai. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any property developer, owners association, or community management company. Community names are used only to describe the areas we serve.
